nutirtion
We’ll help you take control of how you eat, so you can fuel your body for optimal health and performance. We host regular nutrition and habit-stacking challenges at the gym, providing encouragement and accountability for establishing good eating habits, as well as developing effective habits and strategies for better sleep and recovery.
We have an in-house nutritionist specialist who can help advise you on what to eat in order to lead a healthy lifesyle and achieve a specific health-related goal.
olympic lifting
The focus will be on the following Olympic-style lifts: Snatch, Clean, Push-Press, Push-Jerk, and Split-Jerk. Whether you are a new or developing lifter, we’ll help you learn to lift with an efficient technique suited to your body.
youth program
The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements. We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun!
crossfit classes
You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing CrossFit methodologies outlined below.
Nutrition:lays the molecular foundations for fitness and health.
Metabolic Conditioning:builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.
Gymnastics:establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion.
Weightlifting:develop the ability to control external objects and produce power.
Sport:applies fitness in a competitive atmosphere with more randomized movements and skill mastery.
